Performed manual uninstall (as described on this site), as well as deleting the device drivers and reattempt the installation process after doing an additional defrag.Īfter doing this three times, I finally think that I got it correctly installed. ![]() Software installed but now it gave me the certificate not found error and I attempted to uninstall. First it hung during the install and rolled back. Following the instructions given on Preparing your system prior to installing a Roxio product (found here on this site) I proceeded to add the USB video capture device (needed to download the drivers from Roxio) and then installed the software from DVD. ![]() I attempted to install Roxio easy VHS to DVD, Win 7 compatible, today and experienced one of my most frustrating experiences with my computer system. ![]()
